Pork Chops - Crockpot
Ingredients:
- 6 to 8 lean pork chops - 1 inch thick
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Instructions:
Coat pork chops with dry ingredients. Brown well in hot oil.
Put chops in slow cooker. Add soup and cook on low 6 to 8 hours on
high 3 to 4 hours.
