Scalloped Clams

Serve these scalloped clams with a rice dish and your favorite side vegetable for a different and flavorful meal.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 can (6 to 7 ounces) minced clams
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons onion, chopped
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten

    Instructions:



    Crumble crackers and soak in milk for a few minutes. Combine with other ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place casserole in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake, uncovered, at 350° F. for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
