Scalloped Clams
12 saltines
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 can (7 ounces) clams, minced
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon green bell pepper, chopped
2 teaspoons onion, chopped
salt and black pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Crumble crackers and soak in milk for a few minutes. Combine with other ingredients. Pour into greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Place casserole in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes, uncovered.
Serves 4.
