Scalloped Clams
Serve these scalloped clams with a rice dish and your favorite side vegetable for a different and flavorful meal.

Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes
Ingredients:
- 12 saltine crackers
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 can (6 to 7 ounces) minced clams
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons onion, chopped
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Crumble crackers and soak in milk for a few minutes. Combine with other
ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place casserole in a shallow
pan of hot water. Bake, uncovered, at 350° F. for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 4.
