Baked Potato Casserole With Bacon
This potato casserole is made with cubed potaties, cheese, mayonnaise, and bacon.

Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
- 2 1/2 pounds potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 pound american cheese, sliced into strips
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices partially fried bacon, cut
- 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives, optional
Combine first potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, and spices. Place in a 13x9-inch
baking pan. Top with bacon and olives. Bake, uncovered at 325° for 60 minutes.
