2 large or about 4 medium cooked sweet potatoes, sliced
1 cup whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp orange marmalade
2 tbsp apricot preserves
In a lightly buttered 8" square baking dish or casserole layer apple pie filling then sliced sweet potatoes. Mix cranberry sauce with marmalade and preserves.
Spoon over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4.
