Pineapple Cake with Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting

CAKE:
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice -- 20 oz
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup walnuts -- chopped
FROSTING:
Ingredients:
- 1 package cream cheese -- 3 oz
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Instructions:
Combine all cake ingredients and pour into an ungreased, 13x9
inch Pyrex pan. Bake at 350^ for 45-50 minutes.
Combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled pineapple cake.
