TOPPING:
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
Blend lemon juice, cream cheese together. Add beaten eggs, sugar
together. Add this to cream cheese and beat until fluffy.
Bake
in
350 degree oven about 25 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes. Prepare
topping of sour cream, lemon rind and sugar mixed together. Spread
over cool pie. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer.
Cool;
chill about 5 hours before serving.
