Mexican Baked Bean Loaf
Ingredients:
- 2 cups baked beans
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
Saute the pepper and onions in oil until lightly browned. Stir
in Tabasco. Add beans and tomato sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Turn into
a greased baking dish. Top with crumbs. Dot with butter and bake
at 350° until crumbs are lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
