Mexican Baked Bean Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups baked beans
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

    Instructions:



    Saute the pepper and onions in oil until lightly browned. Stir in Tabasco. Add beans and tomato sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Turn into a greased baking dish. Top with crumbs. Dot with butter and bake at 350° until crumbs are lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
