Gourmet Mushrooms
Use a Cabernet, Merlot, or Pinot Noir in this mushroom recipe.

Ingredients:
- 4 pounds Mushrooms
- 1 pound Butter
- 1 bottle dry red wine
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dill seed
- 1 teaspoon Ground pepper
- 2 small Garlic cloves -- minced
- 2 cups -Water -- boiling
- 3 Beef bouillon cubes
- 3 Chicken bouillon cubes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan or saute pan. Bring to a boil on medium-high
heat; reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours. Remove lid and cook another 3 to 5 hours, until liquid
barely covers mushrooms. Let cool slightly; serve hot in a chafing
dish with toothpicks.
