Hot Chili Dip
This attractive dip is delicious with crunchy tortilla chips. Take along to a party or make for a potluck.

Ingredients:
- 1 can (15oz) Chili con Carne with -- Beans
- 1 cup (10oz) tomatoes with green chilies, Rotel or similar
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup Chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup Chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons Sliced black olives
Instructions:
Combine chili and tomatoes in a medium saucepan. Heat until hot,
stirring
occasionally. Pour into a shallow 1 1/2-quart bowl. Arrange lettuce
along outside edge to form a circle. Continue to arrange remaining
ingredients in a circular pattern over the hot mixture in the order listed.
Serve with tortilla chips.
