Tortilla Roll Ups With Turkey
These tortilla roll ups made a tasty snack for a game or appetizer for a party. Serve these sliced tortilla roll ups with your favorite salsa or a corn relish.

- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces green or red chili salsa
- 3 ripe avocado -- peeled
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound smoked turkey -- cut paper thin
- 6 flour tortillas, warmed
In small bowl, mix together jalapenos, cream cheese, sour cream
and salsa until well blended; reserve. In another small bowl, mash avocado
with lemon juice until fairly smooth; add onion powder and pepper and
continue mashing until smooth. Warm the tortillas and spread generously with jalapeno and cream cheese
mixture. Top mixture with turkey slices, then spread avocado mixture on top of turkey. Roll tortillas up like little jelly rolls; slice the rolls diagonally into 1/2- to 1-inch slices.
Serve with salsa or a tomatillo salsa or corn relish.
