In small bowl, mix together jalapenos, cream cheese, sour cream
and salsa until well blended; reserve. In another small bowl, mash avocado
with lemon juice until fairly smooth; add onion powder and pepper and
continue mashing until smooth. Thickly spread the tortillas with jalapeno and cream cheese
mixture. Top mixture with turkey slices, then spread avocado mixture on top of turkey. Roll tortillas up like jelly rolls; slice burritos on bias into about 1/2- to 1-inch slices.
Serve with salsa or corn relish.
