Roasted Red Pepper Dip

  • 7 ounces Roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
  • 1 large Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 cup Fat free cottage cheese






In a food procesor, blend red peppers, dried basil, hot pepper sauce, and garlic until chopped. Add cottage cheese; process. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables.
