Corned Beef Spread

This is a good way to use leftover corned beef, or use canned corned beef to make this spread. Serve this appetizer spread with assorted crackers.

Creamy Pizza Dip

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes Ingredients:

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 onion, small, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 8 ounces corned beef, chopped, about 1 1/2 cups
• mayonnaise to taste

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth; add all remaining ingredients and stir to blend thoroughly.
2. Chill the corned beef and cream cheese spread mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Serve as an appetizer spread with assorted crackers or crostini.
